The DyDx blockchain will undergo a scheduled network upgrade on / around 10:45 am PST on Tuesday, August 6, which is expected to cause delayed Sends and Receives until the upgrade is complete. This upgrade is expected to take up to 1 hour. Buying, selling, and trading Dydx on Coinbase are not impacted.
