When: Sunday, September 18th
Start time: 8:00pm PDT
End time: 12:00am PDT

At 8pm when this maintenance window starts, all trading will be halted.
It will not be possible for customers to place or cancel orders during the maintenance window.
All open orders will be automatically cancelled shortly after the start of the maintenance window.

This is a stability and performance upgrade.
